Our customer called us to see if we could get her home power washed and looking great again. She noticed there were stains on her home, but didn't want to have to spend the money on painting.
We often get customers with the same concern. After time without cleaning, homes exteriors begin to look old and worn. The first instinct tells us to give it a paint job to cover the stains, but pressure washing is a great option! It is also a much cheaper route than painting.
We got her home looking great and she was very pleased with our work! She told us she would recommend us to some neighbors!
If you have the same problem on your home, call us! We can get your house looking new and clean again.
At first thought, you may think that pressure cleaning is important before painting just in order to get the dirt off the house. That is true, in part, but there are more benefits!
If you’re planning on painting, be sure to wash your house first. Washing your home might make the difference you are looking for and you may decide that painting isn’t even necessary!
If after washing, you still want to paint, that is great, and your surface will be well prepared for the paint job. Pressure washing will get rid of paint chips left from old paint jobs if they are there. It will leave a smoother base.
Also, consider power cleaning before painting because that will kill all the mold and algae growing on your surface. It is much better to paint on a clean surface, because if you paint over algae and mold, it is likely that the algae will cause color changing and fading with the passing of time .
